Yoga on High, conveniently located in the Short North, is a premier yoga center in the Midwest offering a broad range of classes including yoga, meditation and breath classes for new students or experienced yogis.
Yoga on High was created around the principles of loving kindness, a genuine interest in teaching, and the belief in the benefits of yoga for all its practitioners. From the moment you first visit the Center, you’ll sense its warmth and the collective passion for yoga shared by its teachers and all the students practicing there.
The founding partners, Linda Oshins, Martha Marcom and Marcia Miller, share over 75 years of study, practice and teaching. At the core of their beliefs and the Center is a deep respect for their students and the long line of yoga teachers who brought forth the traditions of yoga.
What We Offer
Our core Ashtanga and Hatha programs allow new students to safely learn yoga basics and explore their own body-mind connection, while our advanced asana classes and guest teachers offer the experienced student the opportunity to deepen their practice.
We also offer a number of specialty classes for moms-to-be, children, teens, and physically challenged or disabled students.
Perhaps we’re a little biased, but we think we have one of the greatest communites of yoga teachers on the planet. With over 30 teachers on staff, each one brings their own passion and love for yoga to the classroom, as well as, extensive training in anatomy, yoga philosophy, breathing techniques and asana.
